The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of the online donation system on www.ENPartners.org, a website that empowers you to partner with missionaries under the Ministry Partnership Development (MPD) program of Every Nation Philippines (hereafter referred to as “Every Nation Philippines”). By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

very Nation Philippines accepts online donations through credit card payments and direct bank transfers from interested individuals, organizations and associations, as well as our existing partners, for our missionaries under the MPD Program of Every Nation Philippines.

PRIVACY POLICY. Every Nation Philippines values the security of your personal information. We ask for personal information and email addresses on our online donation pages so we can acknowledge receipt of your donation and to help prevent fraudulent donations.

SECURITY POLICY. Every Nation Philippines' online donation system uses an advanced encryption technology provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a recognized authentication and encryption software, which means that the site encrypts all of your personal information and card details so that it is unreadable to anyone outside of the transaction process.

The card details provided are stored by PesoPay for the purpose of processing your donation. Information on individual donations shall not be made available to any other party without your consent.

DONATION. Donations to missionaries under the MPD Program of Every Nation Philippines may be made via www.enpartners.org (“website”), using our secure payment gateway. Registration with the website is a prerequisite to donation, and donors will be required to provide all the necessary information to process the transaction.

Donors have the following donation options:

1. Credit Card. Donors may donate via their credit card in two ways:
   
   1. Recurring Donation. Donors may specify a donation amount and duration, during which their credit cards shall be automatically charged for that specified amount. The first donation, even if future-dated, will be processed on same date of entry.
   2. One-time Donation. Donors may specify an amount, which will be charged to their credit cards accordingly.
2. BPI Express Online. Donors registered with the Bank of the Philippine Islands' Express Online system must enroll Every Nation (ENPHIL) as a merchant account before donating.

If a transaction has been declined, please use another credit card. Please note that credit cards issued by some countries may not be processed by PesoPay for security reasons.

CONFIRMATION. After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to the donor’s email address, as registered in the website’s online donation system, to serve as proof of delivery.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY. All amounts on the website are defaulted to Philippine (PHP) currency. The currency conversion amounts appearing within this site are for your information purposes only and are approximate amounts in your selected currency. The converted amounts shown here are not necessarily the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement as international currency exchange rates are prone to change beyond the control of Every Nation Philippines.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION. Once a donation is completed, the transaction is deemed final and indisputable, except under the following circumstances:

1. Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a donor's credit card is proven, per guidelines of his or her credit card company. In case of lost or stolen credit card, donors must notify their credit card company and comply with its reporting procedure.
2. Every Nation's websites and/or online donation system inadvertently does/causes something that will necessitate a refund.

In such an event, you must notify our Gift Processing Department at the Every Nation Building by requesting a refund within five (5) working days from the time you received an email confirming the donation.

You may contact Every Nation Philippines’ Partner Relations Office by email (partners@everynation.org.ph) or by telephone (632-817-1212 loc 415 or 338) during weekday business hours (from 9am to 5pm).

Every Nation Philippines shall process your request for refund with the credit card company or bank within fifteen (15) working days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Every Nation Philippines reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the Websites.

INDEMNITY. Under no circumstance shall Every Nation Philippines be liable for any claims, costs or damages, whether direct or consequential, arising as a result of your use of the online donation system or your inability to do so, your reliance on any content and/or services associated with the Websites, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW. Disputes relating to the use of the Websites' online donation system and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Taguig City, Philippines, where Every Nation Philippines is officially registered and located.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Every Nation Philippines is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Online Donation System at any time without prior notice.
